NIGHT PASSAGE: Readings of The Greats by the Great Public

In our lives, we have all come across writings, big or small, that have deeply resonated inside of us. From classics in literature, to modern dramatic texts, poetry old and contemporary, and satirical prose, everyone has had at least one emotional experience with words. And yet, we are not all writers, not all of us performers.

On this night, the first of what will be a recurring event, anyone can participate and will be celebrated simply as people who share a fondness for something.
Identify a piece of writing (not your own) that resonates with you, has inspired you, has taught you something --rings true and profound, or simply exists as entertaining-- and bring a copy. In an open forum format, anyone can sign up for a slot from 8-10pm. Poetry, dramatic text, prose, classic or contemporary. Please keep selections 5 minutes or under.
No judgement zone 💥 FREE.
